Guest guest
Namaste Radheji,Here is my friend's reply to your message which I forwarded to him: Not sure from where the videos are taken (actually I couldn't bear any of them), but this is not how Nandini milk ( I am taking names cos I personally know how it is done) is produced. The setup is that farmers buy cows (or lease them) who then take care of them and deposit the milk obtained to centers. where the milk is further processed. These farmers have facilities such as 24hrs on call veterinary doctors, insurance for cows etc. The cows are taken care like any normal house-old cow (except that they are a separate breed that have high milk producing capability). These centers are around rural India where slaughter of cows will not be tolerated (in fact this sometimes causes communal confrontations). Please check the source of the article to ensure it's authenticity!!Cheers,Viveka Keep up with people you care about with India Mail.
