To be in the Heart, with the mind quiescent, is the Knowledge (Awareness) of Him, and also the State of Deliverance. The State of Deliverance is just the mind-free state, wherein the Real Self, the Dweller in the Heart, is realized as such. The real Self is not the dutiful little, apparent self, called the “soul”.
