Guest guest
Sanjay, As Krushna is away can you let me know your understanding of deduction of points for the Sun and Moon. Is it correct there is NEVER any deduction for either of these, for ANY position of aspect?. This is implied in the instructions for the new worksheet. I was under the impression it was that they were not deducted only if 12th Lord. As you are the one who appears to have the best understanding of the rules, it would be appreciated if you could inform members of what you consider the points for each chart i.e the various charts for Prince Charles, so that we could see whether we have it correct or are misunderstanding some of the rules. Thanks for all your efforts. Ron.

This does not apply to Sun and Moon as according to Krushnaji, these are not normal 12th house lords. In other calculation of points, Sun and Moon are like other planets. I am enclosing the summary sheet for Prince Charles' chart. The points are exactly as you would get from the worksheet except for house 3. In this Sun is the 12th lord and Saturn is lord of E. Saturn has 4 points and house for which it is lord of D or E, it should get the points for Sun and Mars. The automatic worksheet, as explained, does not distinguish between the luminaries and the other planets so it has not given points for the Sun as it is 12th lord. I have manually entered the points to get to the correct total for Saturn. Please ask if there is something not clear. I think I must have missed some of the mailings while I was away, because I am somewhat confused about the points allocation for planets in fourth place from natal planets. Originally it was stated that 'if the planets in the Row 1 has LESS than 4 points add the points from Row 3'. It was always the most malefic i.e. only ONE planet even if there were more planets in the same position. Now I note from your reply below that planets having 4 points in Row 1 can have points added. Also there are obviously circumstances when more than one planet can add points. Would you please let me know the current rules on this. Thanks. Guest guest
Ron, As you would notice from the worksheet example sent to you, Saturn is getting points from the planets in the 4th house only when it is the lord of D or E. In other cases, it is not getting the points. Regarding the malefic nature, yes, only the malefic planet gets the points. But if there are 2 or more planets in the 4th for it, it would get points from all these planets. If there is another planet with this malefic planet, that one gets nothing. Hope it is somewhat clearer. Sanjay - " Ron Gaunt " <arjee Thursday, February 15, 2001 8:38 AM Re: Fw: Sun/Moon Points On Wed, 14 Feb 2001 12:36:19 +0700, you wrote: Sanjay, Thanks for the Worksheet.
