As this is the first Blind Chart I have called it

ABA1 (Astak Blind Annalysis)

Looking at the birth chart from a SATVA point of view we note

that Venus is the MMP (Most Malefic Planet) as Lord of the 8th

house and Saturn and Sun are malefics as Lords of the 12th and

6th. Saturn closely aspects Sun and widely aspects Mercury and

Jupiter. The Lagna and all residents planets are aspected by

malefic Rahu.

In astakavarga the first house has 30 Bindus and the 7th only 22.

This suggests that the native will try to dominate the partner.

This does not auger well for marriage particularly as Sun casts a

malefic aspect on the 7th house. Also Mercury Lord of the 7th

is combust, debilitated in Rasi and aspected by Rahu.

Moon casts a malefic aspect on to its own fifth house (I don't

know whether under this system this would be considered

detrimental). Anyhow, H5 Lord the Moon is extremely week as it

only collects 3 points in the spreadsheet. All this suggests

problems for children.

The 11th house collects 39 Bindus and the 10th 35. This

suggests that the native has unearned income, but offers good

earning power for the native in her own right. As the

1st,9th,10th and 11th all have 30+ bindus the native is likely to

be reasonably wealthy. With 33 bindus in the 6th house the

native is likely to feel that she can overcome her competitors

and enemies.

THE MARRIAGE CHART

This does not look promising. The previous Solar Eclipse (SE)

point and SE Ketu conjunct the natal Ascendant. The SE MC is

exactly conjunct Rahu, and Rahu and Mars conjunct the descendant

(cusp of the 7th house). Also malefic Saturn conjuncts natal

Mercury Lord of the 7th.

In the previous Solar Return (SR) there is a diabolical

combination of malefics Sun, Venus and Saturn conjunct natal Sun.

In the Daily Transit (DT) for the day of marriage Saturn crosses

over and close to natal Sun and the nodal axis crosses the

Asc/Desc.

This looks like a forced or desperate marriage.

THE EVENT CHART

The last S.E. closely conjuncts natal Moon Lord of the 5th house,

bringing romance and children into question. Mars Lord of the

2nd of family exactly conjuncts ascendant and the MEP (Most

Effective Point of the 4th house of home) and 7th house of

marriage. Pluto the planet of upset, reform, regeneration comes

exactly aspect to Neptune and both are opposed by SE MC which

suggests an upseting and unforseen experience. SE Saturn aspects

natal Saturn and natal Moon, again bringing the 5th house into

focus. Most telling is Malefic Venus Lord of the house of

obstruction closely opposing Saturn Lord of the 12th house of

Loss.

In the last SR Saturn still aspects natal Saturn and Moon, and

Malefic Venus now comes close natal Ascendant.

The DT chart now has DT Venus conjunct natal Saturn. Here we

have two malefics, and mirrors the Eclipse Chart. Malefic Saturn

comes close aspect to the MEP of the 5th house of children, and

natal Mars Lord of 2nd house of family. Rahu sits close conjunct

5th house MEP and aspects the Ascendant.

DASAS

The Dasas are Rahu/Moon/Saturn/Venus. The Moon rules the 5th

house and all the rest are Malefics; suggesting 5th house

problems.

SUMMARY

SE point closely aspects Moon Lord of the 5th house.

SE Venus opposes natal Saturn which is in turn transited by DT

Venus. These are all loss indicators.

DT Saturn aspects and Rahu conjuncts MEP of the 5th house.

Natal Moon casts malefic aspect on 5th house.

Moon only has 3 bindus in 5th house worksheet.

CONCLUSION

Confluence suggests a 5th house problem ie romance or children.

I think that the event may be loss of a child.

Dear Ron,

I like the name given by you to such exercise as ABA ( astak

blind analysis). Your finding is slighly away, but your reading that

the person must have got unearned income, is very to the point.

In India after the death of husband the wife is getting all his

property as a legal successor. You have also indicated that unforseen

and upseting event is correct.

Very good attempt.

Hello Ron,

I found your analysis most interesting. I will go through it more in detail and try to find out how your method works. I think you got the solution right, the problem is we have to chose the right solution between a lot of hints that go in different directions, so I'm sure there is also the "luckfactor". I didn't go through the aspect of "death of the partner" because I easily become confused by "dataoverflow" especially because I don't feel too sure in this system. Probably I also had previous charts in mind where I found similar significations; that's why I choose separation. I also thought that Krushna wouldn't make it too difficult....

I too had at the back of my mind 'loss of husband', but in view

of the marriage indications would have gone for divorce. Why I

went for loss of child was simply that a number of factors tended

in that direction.

The system that I used partially in this exercise, is one that I

use all the time, and have been reasonably successful with on the

SATVA List. This is looking at the Solar Return for the year

ahead; and more importantly looking at the last Solar Eclipse to

the next Solar Eclipse. I suspect that the SE is the genesis or

start of an event. It is very simple to check; just consider the

SE as you would a transit chart. If there are prominent contacts

to trigger areas i.e. critical planets and configurations, and

the MEP (Most Effective Point - the same degree in each sign as

on the Ascendant); consider this likely to manifest as an event.

Follow that planet round to the time of the event, and you will

find that it most likely will now trigger another critical area

of the natal chart. An example of this would be say SE Mars

functional malefic in the birth chart comes conjunct natal Sun.

From there Mars may go on to conjunct natal Asc and MC. This is

the likely time of the event. It is very basic but it seems to

work. Most important is that you use a parallax Moon, then the

angles are correct for the location. I would go as far as to say

the angles are at least as important (if not moreso) than the

eclipse point itself.

'eclipse' charts under the 'Dynamic' menu do NOT show

locational Parallax, even if ticked in your preferences box.

To get the correct parallax chart you need to use 'Lunar

Phase' under the 'chart' menu with the preference box ticked

for parallax.
