Guest guest
Dear Krushna and List Members, A lot of confusion seems to be surrounding this exercise that Krushna gave us, and even though I based my final analysis on a combination of jyotish techniques that usually work for me, (I know we each have our “favorites”) I think that one of the main basic points to look for in this exercise are the conditions of the functional and natural karakas for each chart relative to each event and lagna. For instance, for determining the death of spouse, I found it important to examine the marital chart and condition of Venus also. So my 2 cents is that information, coupled with the planetary total point values (and samdharmi planets) are what I considered as a “swing factor” to give additional clues as to the correct assessments, and that is how my final determination was made. The functional and natural karakas must be spoiled to produce such results as in this exercise. I believe that Krushna’s Ashtakavarga System is really one of high value, and certainly complimentary to other jyotish systems and techniques, and what I really like the most about it is how it just seems to compliment other system’s assessments, and at the same time – bring the timing focus right to the corresponding period bhukti lord. I have much more studying and investigating to do with Krushna’s system – but am really seeing it as a highly predictive tool – especially when we can really understand and implement all factors he has taught us. So I look forwards to that day also. ~Namaste~ Sandy http://www.jupitersweb.com/
