Although I find her a bit old to have children I don't see very well how Jupiter can bring the result. Even if having good points he aspects house A, so he can't give results but Saturn who is samdharmi can. Of course Mercury lord of D in D also could, but she's getting older. Am I wrong here ? Could another favourable period for having children also be situated in Sun dasha (nat samdharmi to Mars)and Sat/Mercury bukthi ? As to health matters, all planets in the worksheet are strong, except Venus, so if I follow your reasoning, transits through Venus sign or constellation can bring some troubles. If we look at the question starting from the house aspected by Venus, lord of the 6th, we see that Sun lord of D is samdharmi to Venus but otherwise there are no contact with Venus, so we can think she is a healthy person. As to 11th house matters, all points are strong in the worksheet, except for Saturn who will not give favorable results. Looking at the sarv-ashtaka points from houses 6:10:11 they are high so there is good earning ability but also frustration. For the 11th as B we see that the 12th house lord is with the lord of B and C which must spoil results. Seen from the 10th as B (social status that gives income) we see that Saturn aspects houses A,B and C, so there is also some delay. Saturn bukti is likely to bring less income, so perhaps when the child will come in Saturn perriod she will stop working; those two events then would fit nicely ??? It was indicating me for future. Your Question about Jupiter... This can give the result as Ketu is residing in 10th house and representing Sa. and Ju. So it's sight on A can be treated as nullify. Your other reasoning are perfectly correct.
