Possiblity of elopement. Met at work. 5th and 2nd lord in 12th house . Upapada lord is Moon in Vishaka. Husband is seen as emotional and temperamental person with strong outbursts. On date of marriage, Moon was transitting her 12th house in Aswini and in her navamsa, in the 3rd house with Saturn and Rahu with argala of 6th with Upapada lagna and arudha of Jupiter ( husband ) Strong possiblility of pregnancy before marriage. In Saptamsa, the ascendant is Jupiter . 9th house has Saturn ( upapada lord here ) with arudha 7 and 5 . So confirmed that marriage took place whilst she was pregnant.
