It is also known as Trimsamsa . For Even and odd signs rulers are different. there is no div for Sun and Moon. If required I will send detail. Yes, definitely, please send more details and an example too, if you can. If you're NOT talking about the Trimshamsha chart here, then I'm totally lost as to what you're trying to refer to, sorry.
