Guest guest Posted May 3, 2001 Report Share Posted May 3, 2001 Dear Krushnaji, From your explainations, I would like to work out if my understanding is correct : Sign Houses 1 11 9 3 7 Odd Sign Aries Aquarius Sagitarius Gemini Libra Degree Allocation 0º-5º 5º - 10º 10º- 18º 18º - 25º 25º - 30º Ruled By Mars Saturn Jupiter Mercury Venus Sign Houses 2 6 12 10 8 Even Sign Taurus Virgo Pisces Capricorn Scorpio Degree Allocation 0º - 5º 5º - 12º 12º – 20º 20º – 25º 25º - 30º Ruled By Venus Mercury Jupiter Saturn Mars My lagna is 5º48’ Taurus, so in Trishansha, it should be Virgo lagna, ruled by Mercury. ( My 5th house in lagna) My Mercury is 1º36’ Pisces , so in Trishansha, it will be in the 8th house in Aries Saturn, at 28º05 in Libra, therefore in Trishansha, it should be in the 2nd house in it’s exaltation. Jupiter is 28º 08’ in Gemini, so this goes to the next sign and therefore will be in the same house as Saturn in Trishansha. The rest are pretty straightforward, so I won't go into details. My Moon is 0º 42’ Leo. You have said that a planet in Leo can be considered as for an odd sign, therefore Moon should also go to the 8th house in Aries. Correct ? BTW, how are the Sodasvarg calculated for D-30 ? How are the nakshatras calculated here ? Can you teach us the rest of the calculations from Saptavarg importance ?
