Guest guest
Respected Krushna and list members, Namaste. In lesson 21, you have taught us how to deduce a person's occupation. The first step of the procedure was to investigate the lords of the 10th from the lagna, sun & moon, and any tenants in these houses. The planets involved are to be located in the navamsa and their lords considered as indicators. Next, using the tables of strength, we were to look for the strongest planets, i.e. planets with more than 12 points in all houses, and these would serve as further, if not better, indicators. In the example given, Jupiter, which was deduced from the first step, was abandoned in favour of Saturn; and Mercury, which was strong, unlike Jupiter, was also used. My query is, if the first step produces planets which are ALL weak in the worksheet, do we use the strongest planets and, therefore, not consider those we found in step 1? Specifically, this method was applied to one chart to obtain Jupiter ONLY in the first step. However, Jupiter is weak, as seen from the worksheet (<12 in 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th & 12th), and the worksheet gives Moon, Mercury & Saturn as the strongest planets overall. Shall Jupiter thus be discarded, and Moon, Mercury and Saturn considered instead? Thank you for your kind attention. Best wishes, Lauren

CORRECT Next, using the tables of strength, we were to look for the strongest planets, i.e. planets with more than 12 points in all houses, and these would serve as further, if not better, indicators. WE SHOULD CONSIDER FIRST THE PLANETS FROM NAVAMANSHA CHART. THIS WILL GIVE THE LINE OF WORK CONNECTED TO THE PLANETS, OR ITS SAMDHARMI. THE PERSON CAN HAVE LINE OF WORK CONNECTED TO JUPITER. THE POINTS IN THE WORKSHEET GIVE THE RESULT FOR THE HOUSE IN THE SUB PERIOD OF THE PLANET. IF JUPITER IS WEAK, IT WILL NOT GIVE GOOD RESULTS FOR THE HOUSES IT IS WEAK. THIS IS LIMITED TO THE SUB PERIOD OF THE PLANET. YOU SAID JUPITER IS HAVING LESS PIOINTS FOR 1ST,5TH,7TH,8TH,10TH, AND 12, SO THE RESULTS INDICATED FOR THESE HOUSES WILL BE NOT SO GOOD IN THE SUB PERIOD OF JUPITER. MOON, MERCURY, SATURN ARE STRONGER THEN THE OVERALL RESULT FOR ALL THE HOUSES WILL BE GOOD IN THE SUB PERIOD OF THESE PLANETS. IF THE SUB PERIOD OF WEAK PLANET COMES IN THE START OF THE WORK, IT WILL DISTURB THE PERSON. SO AT THE AGE WHEN PERSON FINISHES HIS STUDIES, AND STARTS SOME WORK, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE PERIODS OF WEAK PLANETS IN SERIES. THIS WILL DISTURB HIS MENTAL CAPECITY. SUPPOSE IF THE HOUSES WHICH ARE WEAK ARE NOT CONNECTED TO FINANCE OR HIS BUSINESS, HE CAN HAVE THE HELP OF THOSE PLANETS.
