Considering points in 11th are less, So more possibility for service. For Partnership Tenth lord Mars is having Very good strength for 7th house. Is it possible he mightbe having partnership in some business, along with his service. 2/2/48 and 28/9/51 indicates child birth. As for as the sex of the chldren is concerned, Both should be Female. First one having Vishakha Star, and conception at the age of 19 years of his wife, and other is having Makha star and at the age of 22 years of his wife. Both are denoted female. Yes the person is having partnership in a book shop, run by his brother, but he never envolved in it.
