At date on conception (5th of may 1947 ?) Moon was in Vishaka Age of the mother (born 4th of march 1929)at conception ; in her 19th year so the first child should be female Second child born on 12th dec 1948 Moon is Aries either in Ashwini or Bharani Date of conception (14.03.1948) Moon was in Bharani and the wife was in her 20th year so the second child should be male As for being in service for whole life The points from 3-6-7-10-11 are not in climbing order from asc, Sun or Moon. Other factors in the chart indicate that he has not much leading abilities : -His first has only 24 points -His Sun in the 12th is a weak place to shine -Moon has 7 points in Scorpio which indicates that his mind is stuck and he cannot adapt or accept changing his ways or ideas -Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu are in Virgo, so strongly attached to law and rule -Aquarius asc these people tend to live in a world of ideas (political ideas, ideals); this is also seen by ketu in pisces which is not very realistic and has to do something for someone else, a good cause, etc. This can indicate his dedication to a political party out of idealism; his "identification" with those values. This is a man without much charisma, but a man of "duty" who thinks he has to act for the benefit of the people. So personal ambition to shine is lacking and therefore he stayed in service Just 2 questions about this chart : Do we look at the 12th house for going to prison ?
