Prsna or Registration ?

Dear Krushnaji,

The seed of a question was asked, and the Prsna was set up.

I shall simplify the situation :

1) A Financier approached the chairman of a consortium of 6 growers/farmers

to offer a very big loan to them. Most of the growers are in trouble, owing

money and some even do not have the resources to carry on any more due to

bad judgements in the past. One or 2 have stopped exporting.

2) The chairman of the group flew out to a neighbouring country to meet the

financier.

3) One of the members came to my house to ask me the question and a prsna

was set up.

A ) Is the financier genuine ?

In this case , is lagna representing the querent or the financier ?

3,6,10,11 are with 25,28,34,31 points

B ) When will they receive good news regarding the loan ?

According to Jaimini, I identified the date as 14th April ( Saturday, after

Good Friday ) and they did get a call from the financier than their proposal

will go through.

Take Sun as financier with 6 bindus. Houses with more than 12 points are

most except for 5th and 10th houses. So I take this as a good sign.

Further, take 6th house for financial solvency : 6th from there is 11th with

31 points.

I don't know which houses to take from here. Subsequent to the call, the

financier came and liased with the local banks in late May, 2001.

Do you think the 3rd House is the more appropriate house to denote the

financier's initiation for the loan ?

C ) Is this genuine money ?

Taking the houses of 8,11,3,4 for this, I get the following points :

26,31,24,29 and 2H has low 24 points.

So the answer is yes, the money is genuine.

D ) Timing of EVENTS :

WHEN will the consortium receive their loans ? All criteria has been met,

including the financier's fees.

Mahadasa is Sun and bhukti of Rahu is still in operation, with Rahu in

Gemini, a Dual sign. The PD is still in exalted Venus until 16th July. From

17th July until 1st August, PD will be Sun.

Should I tell them these are the positive dates for the financier's

expedition ?

Registration of the company :

The group has not got together to sign, and the power of attorney was given

to the lawyer.

7th May 2001 , 1:30 pm Tz 2 28E17, 15S25, the current periods are Ju/Sa/Sa

Houses 1, 3,6,10,11 have the following points : 30,34,35,25,23

A foreign company approached a company here for tie up in India and

expressed their willingness to invest a huge some oh money. The Indian

company is a small one and the money offered for investment is huge. So they

were in double mind and approached. The chart cast is enclosed.

You will please see that 3rd,4th & 11th house is having very high point. 7th

house of associate is very low but its lord moon is at lagna with 6. 6th

house is quite strong having all the planets good point. So outcome should

be positive.

Can you please explain the method how to pedict,

1. If the proposing party is genuin

2. If the proposal ill come through and the ultimate outcome

3. When the same will materialize

I have never tried any prashna chart by AV point system. I feel it would be

more accurate and exact
