Although Moon is situated in E, it has 3 points so is malefic to E. Would this spoil the positive effect of being Lord of D and then the main reason for it coming forward would be that it is samdharmi to Saturn and is a stronger significator than Sun and Venus. Krushna wrote....... The lord of D and E are more eager to give the result. If they get the chance first they will give the result. In this case Moon is lord of D and also situated in E, and samdharmi to Saturn ( being in the constellation of Saturn, it come forward.
