I hope you will not mind it. With the birth time you have given the asc comes to 09 Scorpio 33. The time zone in my Program For paris is +1 hr. If we take time 11:20 then it comes to as per your's calculations. With the both the time worksheet gives the same result. I have also calculated the worksheet, for 7th house Points in 17th Row are as follows: Su:10, Mo:7, Ma:-3, Me:9, Ju:7, Ve:13, and Sa:10. There is much difference in your points and this. Calculate using the work sheet, I think it is giving direct result. I hope you do not mind my interfearence. You write: " Row 9:.......Now Mars is situated in house D, but as it is lord of the 12th house from B, so it cannot give effect. So no points effect given to Mars " . I have read carefully the lesson 7. When the Row 7 is described, there is not such a rule. So, I have missed something in another part of the lessons. 2. " Row 17:... Mars is seeing Mercury, Jupiter and Venus. So effect of - 5 is given to all the above planets. " Venus is also aspecting Mars. You do not mention it. As Venus has 4 points in its ashatavarga, I suppose you do not mention it as the result should be 0. Please, confirm. Sight of any planet having 4 points is considered to be neutral, so no effect given. Of cource it do not changes the chart, nor much difference in the planets. This is only the time gives trouble in eyes and tows. Other events you have given are in line with the rectified time.
