Guest guest
Dear Krushna - In analyzing the death of my father for both charts, I used several houses as I would in a derivative house system to show link ups to the father (the 9th): 1) 3rd from the 9th 2) 8th from the 9th 3) 2nd from the 9th 4) 7th from the 9th Are all of these houses valid to use as focal points to point out the death of the father? Or is only ONE specific house in particular used in your system to do this? And Sandy brought up a good point earlier in a private email to me about the ARIES chart. I had disqualified SATURN as a possible contender in giving the result during its sub period in which my father passed away. But she said that although Saturn itself couldn't give the result, what about its Samdharmi? And if so, would this then make this chart a valid one for the death of the father? Thanks - Donna
Guest guest
Dear Donna, Death is indicated by 4th house. Planets in 1st house with more points, lord of 1st house, Planet in 9th house with more points, and 9th lord, and the planet having maximum points for 4th house may indicates the death of father in their sub. In your chart Saturn, Ve, and Me are with more points. the lord of A should be connected to the main dasha lord. Here Lord of A is Jupiter, and having sight on 4th house, so some planet samdharmi to Jupiter can give result in it's main period. The Mars is in the sign and constellation of Jupiter. So result can be in the main period of Mars. The Saturn, Venus, or Mercury may give the result. Here Saturn is having highest points and 2nd is Venus and 3rd is Mercury. The Venus is indicated by Rahu and also Ketu. On 16th Aug 1997 Rahu sub started. No doubt, This event also tally with Arises ascendent. krushna , DQuinn12@A... wrote: > Dear Krushna - > > In analyzing the death of my father for both charts, I used several > houses as I would in a derivative house system to show link ups to the father > (the 9th): > > 1) 3rd from the 9th > 2) 8th from the 9th > 3) 2nd from the 9th > 4) 7th from the 9th > > Are all of these houses valid to use as focal points to point out the death > of the father? If I use your rectified time of 5:28am, then I get my RAHU sub starting exactly on the 20th of August 1997, my father's passing. Am I doing something wrong here? I am using 22:08:08 from the Ayanamsha Calculator and using the correction of 01:00:34 for the difference from Lahiri, right? Donna
Guest guest
Dear Krushna - Yes you are correct the event happened in Rahu sub. As per my calculations ( my Computer) it gives Rahu sub started on 16th Aug. I was wondering why my computer started the Rahu sub on the 20th of August if we were both using the same calculations, that's all. Would that 4 days make much of a big difference? Guest guest
Dear Donna, This was in reference to lord of A. The main dasha lord should have some connection to lord of A. (Mahadasha swami.) Of cource some time it do not tally. More events happens in the main period of Lord A and sub of powerful significator. But it is not hard and fast rule. In case of marriages so many times it do not match, may be due to so many houses gets actuated. Yes you are correct the event happened in Rahu sub. As per my calculations ( my Computer) it gives Rahu sub started on 16th Aug. Here I was giving the clarification why aqu lagna suits the event. krushna , DQuinn12@A... wrote: > Dear Krushna - > > > > In your chart Saturn, Ve, and Me are with more points. the lord > > of A should be connected to the main dasha lord.
