I think we all have to be aware that there is a difference of expressing ourselves. In the west we are very straight foreward and explain the facts in a practical manner; the languale (english) we use is a perfect tool for this approach. But I can understand that this way of expressing can come over as rude to people who's language tend to wrap everything up nicely so as not to hurt the one who receive his words. So please don't misunderstand Sandy's mails; she just is concerned with "facts" and there is nothing personal involved. I'm glad to see her back too and I'm looking foreward to many mails and differences in opinion; this finally will make things clearer for everybody.
