Guest guest
Dear Narhari, and all list members, Here with I am giving you three charts of Diverce. Please show how we can apply Upapada for predicting Diverce. It wil be helpful to all the members. 1) Chart 1. Female DOB 5th Dec 1960, Time 06:55 pm IST (GMT +5.5) at Bombay 18N58, 072E50, Ayanansha 22:18:00 Lagna 04Ge56 ( DST 0) Chart 2) Female, DOB 9th Oct 1953, Time 09:10 PM IST (GMT+5.5), At Nasik 20N00,73E47 , Ayanansha 22:11:58, Lagna 14:Ta:36 (DST 0) Chart 3) Female DOB 20th Nov 1958, Time 11:15 Pm IST (GMT+5.5) At Baroda 22N18, 73E13, Ayanansha 22:16:16, Lagna 21Can:05. For all the cases DST is Zero. Members can solve with AV to find out which laws are applicable. krushna , " Narahari " <newtoindia2000> wrote: > Hi respected members, > > I was going through lesson #6 re. indications of divorce and i had > this question. Guest guest
Dear Krushna, I’ll be brave J…although rusty L… Here is my attempt on applicable laws to support divorce # 1– But before I go any further with divorce # 2 and # 3, (as I am not even sure I’m on the right track) please correct where I may have made errors or gone totally wrong with my assessment. Here is what I have initially spotted this evening with this chart... Lagna is 04 Gemini 56 - natural karaka is Venus, functional karaka is Moon Lord of D is Mercury and Lord of E is Venus 1. Lagna lord, Mercury, and Jupiter, lord of B, are in a 2/12 relationship. 2. Jupiter is strong in 7th in its own sign, but malefically aspects 11th, 1st, Moon, Mars, and 3rd. 3. Ju/Ve are in a 2/12 relationship. 4. Lord of the 12th from B (Mars) is associated with the Moon, and aspects the 4th, (House D), House B, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus in the 8th. 5. Sun is in the 6th disposited by Mars – not good. 6. Lagna lord, Mercury, and Mars are in a 6/8 relationship – suggesting conflicts and disputes in the marriage.. Upapada: 7. Upapada lagna (UL) is the aruda pada of the 12th house. (This shows ones marriage and one’s husband or wife.) The12th lord of rashi is Venus. Venus is posited in the 9th from the 12th. The 9th from its placement in Capricorn brings us to Virgo, which is House D. The 8th from UL normally will show us the longevity of the marriage (House C), and the 2nd and 7th from the UL normally show the end of the marriage, or divorce. I’m not sure how much of this applies to ashtakavarga, or how far you want us to go with this and whether or not to continue with the Navamsha for the UL, so I will stop here... 8. Mercury is lord of D, and lords of D and E are supportive in bringing about the results of the event. (Marriage.) Mercury has no sight on A, B, or C, has the highest value with 20 points, and therefore may be anxious and the candidate to bring about the marriage. At age 22 during Saturn/Venus dasha, between May 10, 1983 and January 16, 1986 the marriage may have taken place? ( I didn’t work on “exact” time frame with Sun’s transit.) 9. 12th lord from B being Mars, and Mars having sight on house B, brings about adverse results (divorce) that were possibly initiated during the Mars sub at age 31, around the dates of November 11, 1992 through December 16, 1993. Mars is additionally retrograde enhancing adverse effects. 10. In Navamsha, 12th lord from B is also Mars, and is placed in house B Spoiling the marriage. It aspects significator House A, supporting a divorce or separation during the Mars sub. Mars has a low 10 points – further supporting adversity in the marriage during the Mars sub. 11. Moon is samdharmi to 6th lord Mars (Rasi) - so that additionally supports a failed marriage. Moon is the functional karaka for marriage. NK and FK, Venus and Moon, are also in a 6/8 relationship. I’m out of time for now…but have a question. Do you also recommend that we look at the 8th from the 7th – or the 2nd House Chart, when assessing a divorce or the end of the marriage? Thanks. ~Namaste~ Sandy http://www.jupitersweb.com/ -----Original Message----- krushanain [krushanain] Friday, October 12, 2001 4:58 PM To: Subject: Re: Divorce, Upapada? NOT TO BE CONSIDERED, WE CONSIDER ONLY LAGNA LORD AND 7TH LORD, LORD OF MOON SIGN AND IT'S SEVENTH LORD, LORD OF sUN SIGN AND IT'S SEVENTH LORD, LORD OF VENUS SIGN AND IT'S WEVENTH LORD. FOR FEMALE WE SEE LORD OF mARS SIGN AND IT'S SEVENTH LORD. IF THOSE ARE IN 2:12, RELATION IS SLIGHTLY SPOILED, IF IN 6:8 RELATION THOSE ARE SPOILED TO A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT. > > I’m out of time for now…but have a question. Thanks. > SOME LAWS ARE GIVEN FOR DIVERCE. 1) IF 3 OR MORE THEN 3 PLACES GETS ZERO IN SARVASTAK VARG CHART, ( HERE YOU CAN SEE THE SAME. 2) IN NAVAMANSHA MARS AND VENUS ARE IN THE SIGHT OF SATURN, MAKES THE PERSON MORE SEXY, MAY GIVE MORE RELATION OUT OF MARRIAGE( MAY BE A REASON FOR DIVERCE) 3) FOUR PLANETS GIVES LESS POINTS IN WORKSHEET FOR 7TH HOUSE. 4) VENUS IS IN THE CONSTELLATION OF SUN, ( IN KRITTICA MOST WORST RESULTS) BUT GETS SPOILED IN SUN'S CONSTELLATION. 5) IF WE SEE THE RELATION OF 5TH AND 7TH LORD THOSE ARE 2:12, WHICH SHOWS SOME DISPUTE WHEN THE FRIENDSHIP IS CONVERTED IN MARRIAGE. THIS CHART IS HAVING ZERO IN THREE PLACES, SO THE MARRIAGE AND EVEN RELATION IN PARTNERSHIP ARE SPOILED. IT WILL NOT GIVE THE MARRITAL HAPPINESS.
