YOu should also re-download Page TWO as the notes were mistakenly numbered from 1-10 again instead off 11-20 as they are now. I also put a new folder in the FILES section that says FAQ. Sandy is trying to organize these questions into a notebook form, so the first one has been uploaded to this folder at the site.
