We see how he married late because Saturn aspects houses A,B and C for marriage.I would find it more logical if he married in Mars/Saturn but that's not the topic here. In the chart there are a few rules that apply for having more than one marriage : The 2nd house has sight of the lords of 6th and 12th Venus is in the 8th with 5 points Mars has 0 points for the 4th. Although it could be worse; there is also the Mars/Venus conjunction in the 8th house, so he like contact with opposite sex. The position of the Venus,7th lord with the lords of 6th and 2nd is perhaps not so happy but they don't harm by sight. On the contrary Jupiter will boost the 12th house. So there are some indications that another marriage will occur, but there is also the fact that Saturn is very strong in this chart which indicates a certain detachment. From feb 97 till sept 97 native was running Moon sub and Moon has 35 points for the 12th house. So he could have had an affair during this period. So position of planets in the 8th and also his Moon sub can be responsible for the breakup. His wife probably left in Rahu/Rahu. Rahu is Sun and Mars and Mars is the 6th lord or 12th from the 7th.
