For Example Sun: Own Sign (Swashketra) = Leo, Ucchashketrani (fortified)=Arises, Fortified area= 10 degree, Debilitated =Libra, Debilitated area = 10 degree, Mul Trikona=Leo, There are four types of sight, Ekpad (1/4 sight)=3,10, Dwipad (halg sight)= 5,9. Tripad (3/4 sight)= 4,8, Sampurna (full sight)=7, Tatva= Tej, Dishabal = East, Stanbal = Dasam, Kalbal= Madhyanha, Vatadidosh Pitta, Ling = Purush, Mitra Planets = Moon,Mars, and /Jupiter. Sam Grah = Mercury, Shatru grah = Saturn, Rahu, Venus. Similar information is given, for all the planets. You may find it in any book on astrology. This I have refered for clarifying the relation between house B and C. These houses are in 5:9 relationsheep. If you go through this chart, you will find there is some thing special for the planet in the fifth or ninth house from it. Arises is 9th sign from Leo, and it is uccha shketra for Sun.
