I suppose that's an important event or " birth " . I'm not familiar with mundane events but I suppose the AV system should work if I made a birthchart for this event. What would be the important points to look at in such a chart ? Do you have any suggestion ? The chart for Mundane should be casted with Tropical Ayanansha 00:00:00. Tenth house and planets in 10th house should be treated as most important. Here we find that lord of 2,3,4,5 and 6 and 7th house are very weak for all the house. We can not apply Dasha. Well I thought the chart didn’t look too strong but anyway, we’ll see because the present situation cannot produce exceptional events.
