Venus is conjuct Sun and spoiled . He's not interested in marriage Venus has 4 points for the 1st and 2 points for the 7th; not much but not dramatic. 2. Aspect of Saturn on Venus spoils her and delays marriage but this aspect alone is not enough to stay unmarried. 3. Planets aspecting houses A,B and C cannot give results UNLESS they are lords of D and E or samdharmi to a strong significator but then they must have 12 p at least in the worksheet. Jupiter and Sun have enough points for the 7th house and can give marriage. Actual period is Rahu/Venus : Venus is weak and aspects house A she is ruled out. Sun sub can give results, as lord of E he will be eager to do that and give results for B. I suppose Jupiter sign/constellation will do for Sun transit. So this could be between 5 and 13 april or in july 6 to 19.
