Rectification of the birthtimechart 020125

Dear List members,

Here is a chart, where I found mistake in calculating the birth

time. The birth data given in this chart was as per old indian

tradition. The time of birth is given, time after Sunrise. But the

time of sun rise should be for the place of the birth. So many times

the person prepairing the chart do not have time of Sunrise for the

place, so he use the time given in the ephemeries. This can make a

mistake.

So here with I am giving the chart, and the data as given in the

chart. We are to rectify the birth time using AV system.

 

This person is unmarried, and We have to find probable time, when he

may marry.

D.O.Birth 1st June 1974.

Birth time given 2:26 am ( calculated from the time given after sun

rise)

Place of birth Koraba 25N30, 88:E:10.

We are having only the fact that he is not married. So the

chart should indicate, the reason for delay marriage.

I plotted the chart with the data give.

 

Lagna : Aries 5.56 degrees with Venus in it. Aswini Nakshatra

Navamsa : Taurus.

 

From this chart, none of the luminiaries are in the sign of saturn or

saturn itself except in trimsamsa lagna is aquarius, this would

indicate low intellegence or intellecutal capacity or low IQ.

 

Marriage Indications.

 

From this chart, The marriage indications are good as

1) There are no points rendering 0 points in SAV.

2) No indications of delay as Shani is not aspecting house A, B or C

Shani is lord of house C.

Looking at the spread sheet, House A, B and C are aspected by Guru ,

Mars and Venus. So their samdharmi can come forwared to give results.

 

Samdharmi's

Guru has no samdharmi. It is alone in 11th house in rasi and 12th

hosue in Navamsa.

 

Mars is Samdharmi to Venus as they exchange signs in Rasi and Navamsa.

 

Venus is samdharmi to mars.

 

For 7th house, Venus gets the least points being 6th and Mars too

gets only 10 points. Hence for 7th house significance they will not

act as samdharmi as in order for them to become samdharmis they

should have atleast 12 points for the house under consideration.

 

 

Looking at the spread sheet for 7th house.

 

Guru has the highest points 23.

Moon has 16

Me has 14

Su has 13

Ma has 10

Sa has 9

Ve has 6

 

There is no indication of delay of marriage so the marriage can take

place when the person reaches maturity.

 

At 18 the dasa running was Rahu/Sun.

Sun can give the results as it is benefic with 13 points.

 

Sun is also benefic for B,C,D and E houses and malefic for 2nd house

or A (9 points).

 

Sun only has 3 points in SAV. [What does this mean ?]

 

Sun Antradasa is 1 year. Dividing into 3 parts. Since there is no

aspect of Shani and aspect of Guru is there on house B the marriage

should have taken place in the first 1/3rd portion of Sun antra

That is from 14th August 1993 30th November 1993.

 

Sun Rise is at 4:47:34 at Koraba.

 

Adding 2.26 + 4:47:34 = 7:13 am.

 

Do we take this time and rectify the birth chart.

Dear Ash, and list members,

You have casted the chart correct, as per data the data given.

The points in the worksheet are also correct. As per the chart, there

is no indication of delayed marriage. Jupiter and Moon are lord of E

and D, So there is no effect of it's sight. Jupiter itself can give

the result. So as per this chart the native should have married in

the sub of Jupiter. Now if we consider, whether the native might have

married, with out the knowedge of parents, but there is no such yog.

There is no indication. ( for this we consider Venus, Mars, and

Saturn, along with the lords of 5th, 7th and 12th house. )

from this it is confirmed, there must be some thing wrong in

the chart. From the figured given in the chart, about Dinman, 31

Ghati 38 pal(12 hours 39 min), can not be for the birth place on the

day. For the birth place it should be 33 Ghati 43 pal.( 13 hours 29

minits) The day time given in the chart is for the place having

longitude 10:N:XX or near about. For that place the sun rise will be

at 05:45 am. a difference of about 52 min. As the time of birth is

given from Sun rise, so the birth time must be earlier to the time

given by at least 52 min.

Now can you find a new chart, and any reason for delay in the

marriage?

Please note all the events of the life, must match with the

chart, this is basic thing. My experience is about 90% events matches

with the chart. Some events do not match, may be due to some thing

unknown, or still not known.

Dear Krushnaji,

 

I can understand why Jupiter's Antra can give marriage, but I

indicated Rahu/Sun. Why can sun not give marriage as per my

calculations.

Respected Krushnaji,

 

I cast the chart for time 1:26 and 12:26 also. For 1:26, I get Pisces

ascendant and again, I see no reason why there should be delay in marriage.

 

However, if we cast the chart for 12:26 and get Aquarius ascendant, then we

get Saturn aspecting all three A, B and C. Even though Saturn is aspected by

Jupiter, Jupiter has only 4 points for house 7 and as functional karaka for

this house, it is spoilt.

 

Jupiter is also spoilt by the aspect from a Mars with 5 points. As such, I

think the ability of Jupiter to reduce the delay caused by Saturn is

nullified for the 7th house.

 

Natural karaka Venus is strong and he might get a chance to marry in the sub

of Venus beginning in July 2004. Or in the sub of Ketu starting in 2003.

 

I could not see other reasons for delay as there is no planet giving 0 for

any house, Jupiter is not in Libra either in Rashi or navamsha, Venus is not

in a bad nakshatra or too close or far from the Sun. I have not looked for

2/12 or other relations as these show quality of marriage and not the event

itself.

 

Please advise if this line of reasoning is correct. We can now look for

other events in his life to get a closer fixing for the ascendant.

Dear Sanjay,

For pisces ascendent, check the navamansha chart.

The rashi chart and navamansha chart have equal status. So the effect

should be taken as combined considering both the chart. I think you

will find the answer for delay in marriage.

Dear Krushnaji, Sanjay and list members,

 

I did the chart and I also get Pisces ascendent with Navamsa lagna as

Sagittarius.

 

I also came to the same conclusion as Sanjay did that if one

considers Rasi chart then there is no delay.

 

In Navamsa chart, Shani is in 2nd in its own house with mercury

thereby aspecting house C and D for 7th house significance. That

would definitely indicate delay in marriage of upto 27.5 years ???

[Am not too sure about the 27.5 years, I had read that in one of the

posts : Could you clarify the delay period please].

 

Since Shani is in house A for 7th house, shouldnt that make its

karakatwa strong indicating early marriage, even if it is Shani.

[Could you clarify this point too ?].

 

In the Navamsa chart 12th lord from 7th (Venus) is in 7th house,

there by spoiling the results.

 

If he marrys in Venus antra in Guru Mahadasa then there would be

problems as venus is the 12th lord from 7th house in Navamsa.

 

Mercury gives highest points for 7th house in worksheet. Its antar

dasa runs from 2000 - 2003 april.

Mercury is also in house D in rasi and eager to give results. It is

with Shani so it should push its results in the last 1/3 portion of

this antar dasa. Hence it should give marriage from april 2002 to

april 2003.

The probable date for marriage would be when sun transits the

constellation of strong significator which would be mercury and

jupiter (from Rasi 7th house worksheet points) i.e from July 6th

through July 16th. So maybe the marriage will take place in 2002

between July 6th and July 16th.

 

Questions.

 

1) If Rasi has good signs of marriage and Navamsa has delay, which

one should we consider for effects ?

 

2) What is the order in which we should check for delays in marriage ?

 

Please feel free to correct my understanding.

Dear Ash,

Lord of A is Mars, B is Mercury, and C is Saturn it self. If

you see in the Navamansha chart, Saturn is with Mercury and aspecting

on Mars. This causes the delay.

Timing of marriage you find is correct, We can have one more

date, which is the transit in Pisces Sign of Jupiter and

Constellation of Mercury( April 3 to April 15).

Dear Krushnaji,

 

Thank you for your answer. I am still lost and confused on how to

arrive at different dates (based on transits) [Yes I made a mistake

of not identifying Jupiter and Mercury's constellation in Pisces

thank you for pointing that out]. Which one to take as more

appropriate. I have read the Lesson on Transits, but I am still

confused.

Could you give me some methodology as to come to the dates using

transits.

 

1) If there are more than 2 strong planets, which constellations to

take, how to go about selecting the dates based on constellation and

strong planets, do these have to be considered in Rasi or Navamsa or

both, and if both then how do we know which one to take ?.

 

2) I have asked for some clarifications in my mail, could you please

clarify those questions for me please.

 

There is still a lot of confusion for me in the following areas.

 

1) Narrowing down the dates ?

2) Which chart to consider (Rasi or Navamsa, I do understand that

both have equal status, but in cases where there is strong indication

of marriage in Rasi and delay indicated in Navamsa then which one to

consider ?

3) For every chart, should we also make a worksheet for Navamsa just

like we do for Rasi, so far I have been only creating the Sanjays

spread sheet for Rasi.

4) If it is possible and when you have some time, could you give a

small write up on how to narrow down the dates when there are

multiple strong planets for the 7th house. eg. What if 6 planets are

strong in the worksheet for 7th house (furnishing more than 12 points)

then in that case how do we go about pin pointing the dates based on

Sun's Transit and which one to take or which ones are stronger to

give the event.

5) How are marriages without the concent of elders and parents to be

identified (You had just given a small sentence where you said to

consider Mars, Venus and Saturn for such indications. What

indications are we talking about.)

 

When I try and answer a few questions a new bundle of them crop up .

 

Could you please answer the clarifications and these questions, they

will help me learn and clarify my confusion.

Dear Krushnaji,

 

One more thing, You said

I had selected the dates in the constellation of Mercury and Jupiter

and came to the Dates of July 6 thru July 16th.

 

I had missed the dates in the contellstion of Jupiter and Mercury,

but on retro thinking, between the two, if I had to take my pick I

still would have gone with July 6th thru July 16th.

My reason would be that in the spread sheet Mercury is still stronger

than Jupiter point wise.

 

But that crops up another question, which one do we select based on

suns transit into the constellation of

1) Mercury and Jupiter .

2) Jupiter and Mercury.

 

Are there any rules for such selection ? Which one is right ?

I was out for the weekend and just saw your message. I see the delay in the

navamsha and you have also explained it to Ash.

 

Just one question. In transits, you are considering only Jupiter, Venus, and

Mercury. Any reason for excluding Saturn which is the lord of E and is the

strongest planet as it also gets points from Moon.

Dear Sanjay,

 

Saturn is the lord of House E but how is it getting points from

moon. I am getting Saturn (4 points) with Mercury in 4th house in

Gemini, Moon in 4th from it but with 4 points.

I was under the impression that Moon should have > 5 points and

Saturn should have < 4 points inorder for Moon to give points to

Saturn.

Am I doing something wrong?

Please Advise.

Dear Sanjay,

You are correct. Saturn is with 4 points, and lord of house E,

so it can take points from Moon. (This thing do not come in the work

sheet.) If any planet is lord of D or E, then as a special case it

can take the points of the planet in it's fourth place, even if it is

with 4 points. Otherwise in general case, it can not have points from

the planet from it's fourth place. There fore Saturn can also be

considered for transit. Other wise as per work sheet it gets less

points.

Now I am so habituated to your worksheet, that this point is

ignored.

Dear Ash,

Please refer my answer to Sanjay.

When a planet is lord of D or E, then as a special case it can

take points fron the planet in it's 4th place, even if it is with 4

points. It can act in both the way. Some time it may give the result.

Respected Krushnaji,

 

This point is not ignored in my worksheet. You just have to enter Moon under

Saturn in the basic sheet where the template is given for 4th house points.

It would automatically add the points for Moon only for those houses where

Saturn is lord of D or E.

 

Why don't you try and see if it works.

Dear Sanjay,

You are correct. Saturn is with 4 points, and lord of house E,

so it can take points from Moon. (This thing do not come in the work

sheet.) If any planet is lord of D or E, then as a special case it

can take the points of the planet in it's fourth place, even if it is

with 4 points. Otherwise in general case, it can not have points from

the planet from it's fourth place. There fore Saturn can also be

considered for transit. Other wise as per work sheet it gets less

points.

Now I am so habituated to your worksheet, that this point is

ignored.
