Dear Krushna,

I have a friend who has to pass an exam. This exam needs a lot of work. He

may go to this exam once a year. He has to choose the right year to pass

this exam, as one failure is definitive.

So, he is asking: " What is the best year to pass this exam? " . Astrologically

speaking, the problem is: " what is the best subperiod to pass this exam? "

What is the right house I have to use as house B?

Thanks a lot for your help

Denis

Dear Dennis,

This is my understanding and Krushnaji or other list members can

correct me, is

Educations, Knowledge : 4th house

Post Graduation : 9th house

graduation : 5th house.

For passing an examination one would have to look at favourite period

in the 5th house.

To know about a persons intellectual capacity, one would look for

1) Lagna in Saturns Sign in Navamsa, Drekkhana and Trimsamsa

2) Moon in Saturns Sign in Navamsa, Drekkhana and Trimsamsa

3) Sun in Saturns Sign in Navamsa, Drekkhana and Trimsamsa

Studying the above you can gauge the intellect of a person and a

favourable planet in 5th house for passing an exam.

**************

Dennis' question made me think on a another factor that is involved

which is Hard work. How can we tell from a chart if a person is hard

working or just pure lazy or not hard working ?

**************

Hope that helps,

Cheers !!!

Dear Ash and Denis,

Passing any special Exam, Which gives some status to the

person, 5th house for degree, along with 6th and 10th house should be

considered. 9th for Post graduation. The sub dasha lord must be

powerful for all these houses. Before finding this, the navamansha

lord of 10 lord from Lagna, Moon, Sun should also show interest of

the person in the line, in which he is giving Exam.

Yes intelligence is very importance.

For hard work, Mars is responsible. More Points in 10th also

indicates hard work. Moon in the sign or Navamansha of Mars, gives

more hard work. Saturn is for laziness.

The sub dasha lord must be having good strength in all the

houses will be more preferable.
