hi everybody,

kalasarpa yoga is known to occur when rahu and ketu engulf all the

planets between them. there is poorna kalasarpa yoga and ardh or

anshik kalasarpa yoga when any one planet is outside the rahu and

ketu ring. what significance does this yoga have in ashtakvarga

system?

Dear Rahul,

No 'kal sarp yog' is considered in this system separately. When

we solve the chart, the worksheet give the result.

Please solve any example of so called " kal sarp yog " with this

system, You may find the answer. Actually, when all the planets are

situated in 5/6 or 7 houses in sequences (Hemmped in Rahu Ketu), the

points are accumulated in those houses only. Mostly all planets gives

points to 3,6,10th and 11th houses. So more points in half sector.

Rahu, Ketu are in 180 degrees apart, so more points are in one

sector, on one side. When we solve the worksheet, you will find, some

house becames weak. So result for those house is reduced. The sight

of the planets is on the other half, and Planets do not give results

for the houses they are seeing. In such case only Rahu or Ketu, can

give the result for the lord of the sign and constillation they are

situated. It may give good or bad result. Resuts will be more if the

partition of Rahu ketu is on the line of inner and outer planets.

(means Taurus and Sc, or Ar and Libra)

It is not neccesary to consider such yog separately, In

Astakvarg, Direct result for each and every planet and for each and

every house can be judged with much accuracy.
