Tis was the exercise: " This is a chart of a boy, he cannot talk, no problem with heraing. He can understand everything. Medically he is fit. When he will talk? Date of birth: 2 nov 1995, 1.48PM IST Satara. Asc 29°58' Cap. " May I ask you some questions about the answer you gave on 9 july. Communication is denoted by 3rd house. Speaking is denoted by 2nd house. Health is denoted by 6th house. You read the chart (you answer to this question) in using the 3rd house as house B. However, you take the points from 2nd and 6th houses. Why? It should be more consistent tu take the points from the 3nd house? In others words, what is wrong in this hypothesis: The child should speak during the subperiod of a planet which will get a minimum of 12 points in the worksheet (using the 3rd house as house B)? Do you have recent news from this child? Mercury which is samdharmi to Mars lord of D, and is having good strength, can give the result. I met him before 2 months, there is no progress in him.
