These elections are important as France as the president is the true chief of the government. It is a presidential system. According to the pools, the two main candidates are exactly given 50%. Could anybody help me to predict the result of the election? JACQUES CHIRAC is the current president. He was born in Paris, 29 november 1932, 12h00. A french astrologer has rectified this nativity at 11h52. Ascndant (Krushna ayanamsa: 25 Capricorn for 11h52). LIONEL JOSPIN is the current prime minister. He was born on 12 july 1937 at 23h10 in Meudon. Ascendant (Krushna ayanamsa 27° Verseau). I use the house 10 (as the house B). I get: Chirac: MARS 26 JUPITER 19 MOON 18 VENUS 16 MERCURY 14 SATURN 14 SUN 11 Jospin: SUN 20 MERCURY 18 MOON 17 MARS 17 JUPITER 13 SATURN 10 VENUS 8 Chirac will be in Saturn subperiod. Saturn is 14 points. Jospin will be in Venus subperiod. Venus is 8 points. With such a difference, Chirac could be the winner. Am I right?
