Can Common Law also be treated as marriage, meaning that if a couple stays together for more than 1 solar year, could that also be defined as Marriage ? Your insights will be very helpful. The wife or husband becames owner of the property of the spouse. Living to gether, with out any legal status, may be 5th house or 12th house matter.
