Guest guest
Respected Krushnaji, There are some people who are obsessed with security. They go around hoarding things. Some people are obsessed with work. They cannot take any rest because they are compulsively involved in their work. Some people are obsessed with fame. They would do anything to attract attention. Etc. etc.,... The best life is where all the things are suitable balanced in one person's life (in my opinion, anyway, ). So how do we identify from a chart whether there is an obsession about something or whether the life is balanced. Do we have to look for aspects from Rahu, or from the distribution of points in the SAV, or from the aspects of any particular house lord? Your views on this would be highly appreciated. Kind regards Sanjay
Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, To have any unreasonably persistent idea in mind is the result of Moon afflicted by Rahu/Ketu. More points in 3rd house then 6th, 10 and 11, also makes the person being obessed. If the points in 10 are less, it enhances the effect. If Moon is in the sign of 10th house ( if 10th lord is having dual lord ship, then also in other sign of the 10th lord) and afflicted by Rahu, by sight, the person is obsessed with work. He can not enjoy any where else then his work table. If Moon is in the lord of 6th house and afflicted by Rahu/ Ketu, person is obsessed with security. If Moon afflicted in the sign of 12th lord, he have very different concept about Sex. The points in 1st house are very less, person may have inferioty complex. If Moon in the sign of first lord or in first house, and afflicted by Rahu, he is doing some thing to attract the attaintions. If any person have zero point in 4th house due to Mars, again he will be obsessed with the work. If all the planets gives good strength ( resonably good) for mostly all the houses, All the planets are with less points ( below 4 points in the place they are situated, the person is well belanced. krushna , " S J " <sanjaygg@c...> wrote: > Respected Krushnaji, > > There are some people who are obsessed with security. Guest guest
Respected Krushnaji, This was a very nice lesson. I am going to try and see some cases for these. I seem to have one of the signs of obsession in my chart and it seems to be true that I feel truly at home only in my place of work. I am trying to change that. What are the signs which tell you whether the obsession would be short term or long lasting? I will check for some other people also. Does it modify the results if the aspects/association of Rahu/ketu are from different houses such as their exaltation or debilitation signs? Or whether they afflict from one of the dushsthanas such as the 6th? Finally, it seems it is better for a balance life for all planets to have less points. Does this mean that aspects are more important than position? kind regards Sanjay - " krushanain " <krushanain Thursday, April 25, 2002 1:49 AM Re: Obsession Dear Sanjay, To have any unreasonably persistent idea in mind is the result of Moon afflicted by Rahu/Ketu. Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, Generally the result of being obsession is the hidden nature of the person. With the changing the sub and main, it changes slightly. The effect of Rahu and ketu, when it is strong some how rel;ated to 6th, then some times it may result is attack of nueralgia, Neurotic attack, or " miragi " ( dont know name in English) it is a attack, person becames unconsious for the time being. Planets with less points: Yes planets with less points are good, because Mars, Saturn and Jupiter have three sights each, so better effect is for more houses. More over gets more power due sight on each other. krushna , " S J " <sanjaygg@c...> wrote: > Respected Krushnaji, > > This was a very nice lesson. Guest guest
Respected Krushanji. The term used is fits or epilepsy. My son used to suffer from it. I would see the indications in his chart and come back to you. About the second point, there is some philosophical musing. Forgive me if it is out of place. Planets get high points when they are benefically placed from the lagna and other planets. In such a situation, they are happy, exalted, or whatever term you might like to use to describe this position. However, for the results of the chart, they cause more problems. On the other hand, planets with less points, which are unhappy in their position, tend to give better results for the individual. So the moral of the story seems to be that to get benefic results, you must have a difficult environment. I suppose this is practically true also as a comfortable life breeds sloth.
