So, If Sun or Moon is the lord of the 12th house (from house B), is it right to write: 0. when the lord of the 12th house (from house B) is placed in the 4th place from a planet (except Moon and planets when get less than 4 points or lords of houses D and E when they get 4 points or less), the points of the row 3 are not cancelled for this planet. 1. points of this lord of the 12th house (from house B) are not cancelled if this planet is placed in houses D or E (when the ashtakavarga points are more than 4). 2. points of benefic sight on houses A, B and C are not cancelled. 3. benefic sight of the lord of the 12th (from the house B) on others planets are not cancelled.
