I do not understand the phrase about Rahu. Do you mean:

" If Mars or Rahu afflict 11th house or its lord, similar result is noted " ?

 

Then, there is the phrase about 2nd house. May we write:

" When Mars or Rahu are placed in the 2nd house, similar result is noted? "
