Dear Margarita,Just a non-astrological suggestion. Instead of attaching the wholeworksheet, you could just attach the summary page. Just follow the followingsteps to create a new file for the summary worksheet.1. Press control A to select the whole sheet.2. Click on new workbook.3. Once you have the bland workbook on the screen, right mouse click on thefirst cell and select paste special on the context menu.4. From the options that you get, select formats. The format will now appearon the blank sheet.5. Then choose paste special again and select values. You will have thevalues and the summary sheet complete in the new workbook.6. Save this in the directory convenient to you.This way, you would have most of the relevant information in an under 50kemail instead of an 850k email. It is fine for me but some people withslower connections might have some trouble with that.RegardsSanjay

I am sorry for the delay in reply but I am very busy with some other things

these days and will be for some more days.

 

I think there might be some confusion. To calculate the summary sheet, you

need the whole worksheet. The summary just picks up some parts from the

detailed worksheet. It is not a substitute for the main worksheet.

 

The idea of sending an extract of the summary sheet is just to reduce the

size of the email in case someone wants to discuss a worksheet without

having to enclose the whole lot of about 800k.

 

Or maybe I have not understood what is it that you want and some other

member can help you out.
