The points of the planets for 4th house can give the idea of house. If there is zero point due to Mars in 4th house, person resides in rented house. Sun or Mars in 4th house with less points, also indicate similar situation. If 2nd lord situated in 4th, and 4th lord in 2nd, Person may get benefit from landed property, but live in rented house. For the purchase of house, means expenditure, so at the same time 12th house must show expenditure. If taken Loan from any finencing institute, then 6th house must show same. Means, 12th house 6th house, 4th house must have good points.
