Native died in Venus/Venus. We see Venus works fine as mainlord As sublord we see that Venus is lord of the 6th. In navamsha she is also in the 6th. In some mail it was stated that if significators were related to the 6th lord there could be violent death. Venus is strong for the 3th house, so he surely was full of life and vitality and Venus' points are also good for the 6th = health. But if we look at the 7th house, we see that Venus only has 7 points so accident is possible in this period but also in periods of Jupiter and Saturn. Accident could be predicted at this moment.
