Guest guest Posted June 9, 2002 Report Share Posted June 9, 2002 Dear Krushna, I went through the lessons in the files section over last few days, and applied the principles on my own chart. In the lesson on Occupation, you mentioned the lords of Navamsa of 10th lords from lagna, Sun, and Moon will determine the occupation. My lagna is scorpio, so the 10th lord is Sun - placed in Taurus navamsa - lord is Venus. I have Ju in 10th house from Moon - placed in Capricorn navamsa - lord is Saturn. I do not have any planet in 10th house from Sun. Also, Mercury in my chart has good points in all 12 houses. Since Sa does not have good points in many houses (especially 2nd), I take it that Mercury and Venus will play an important role in my occupation. So the question is what occupation the combination of Venus and Mercury show. Since my 3rd, 6th, 10th, and 11th houses have 26, 26, 25, 28 points, I take it that I will be doing job and not my own business. Is this correct. What you should do is take the 10th house from Lagna, Sun and Moon and the lord of that and see its placement in Navamsa and take the lord of the house it is placed. So 10th from Lagna (scorpio) is Leo. So see where Sun is placed in Navamsa. If your sun is placed in Navamsa of Capricorn then Take saturn. You also have to consider planets in 10th from lagna, sun and moon if they have > 4 points and check for their placement in Navamsa. Hope that helps, Cheers !!!
