Well yes this is right; he married in Rahu/Rahu and Rahu will act for Venus/ Moon (and Mars.) Now in the West there are nearly no errors when recording the day of birth. Births are not always recorded to the minute but I never heard about somebody getting the day wrong. So for Rick to match a scorpio asencdent he should have been born on the 12th and before 11h43 pm or 23h43. If born on the 13th it should have been late and then the Moon would have been in Capricorn. So doubt will remain. But anyway, if my youngest son was famous (which he isn't) the study of his chart would not give results in this system because being born on the 4th, his official birth certificate states he was born on the 5th... he was born in Africa.
