Guest guest
Devadass was Gandhi's youngest son, and was born on May 22, 1900. This would have to correspond to the Jupiter sub period of the Sun's major period; the previous sub period of Rahu doesn't have much indication in this regard. Jupiter was once again passing through his favorable fifth-house transit with a retrograde movement, and the fifth lord Saturn was passing through the sixth house, a great transit for Saturn. One noteworthy conclusion that we may draw from the birth of Ramdass is that the Mahatma must have been born at about 15 degrees, twenty- one minutes of Libra, at least, according to Lahiri's ayanamsha. We can say this because, in order for the minor period of Jupiter to be operating in time for the birth on May 22nd, at least fifteen degrees, twenty-one minutes of Libra would have had to have passed. This would put the Moon at twenty-eight degrees, twenty-four minutes of Cancer. Gandhi's Chart:
