PLanets in houses D and E

Dear Krushna,

 

When a planet is placed in houses D and E with more 4 points, it gives the

benefic events of these houses in their subperiods. OK.

 

This is my question. When a planet is placed in houses D and E with LESS 4

points, does it give:

* no result linked with houses D and E?

* bad events if houses D and E.

 

I ask my question in another way. If the Sun is placed in 12th house (D and

E for houses 3 and 7) with 3 points, does it give:

* no result linked with the events of the 3rd and 7th houses

* failures in mariage, loss of the brother, etc. (i.e bad events for 3rd and

7th houses).
