Dear Krushna and all members of the list,

This is the Queen Mother chart:

4 august 1900

11h31 GMT

Saint-Paul, Waldenbury (0W06 51N24)

She died last 31 March (2002) about 15h15. She was in Rahu/Mercury (if I am

right in my datas and calculations!).

How should have been possible to predict:

* " very long life " ?

* timing of the death?

* nature of the death?

I am puzzled by this chart. As long as I have understood the rules to read

longevity, they do not seem to work in this case. So, I need your help!

For the 8th house, 4 planets are strong and 3 planets are weak. For the 3rd

house, 3 planets are strong and 4 planets are weak. So, we cannot use the

lax according to which " when all the planets are weak (for the 8th house) or

strong (for the 3rd house), they indicate a long life " .

Mercury is weak (7 points) for 8th house. Mercury is strong (13 points) for

the 3rd house. So, the worksheet is not useful there.

When the 8th house is the house B, houses D and E are the 5th and the 1st

houses. Saturn is lord of the 5th house. It gets 19 points for 8th house.

Venus is lord of the 1st house. It gets 23 points. So, the lords of houses D

and E for the 8th house are strong (there the second and the first in

range). These infos should indicate a short life...

When the 3th house is the house B, houses D and E are the 12th and 8th

houses. Mercury is lord of the 12th house. It gets 13 points. Venus is lord

of the 8th house. It gets 19 points. So, the scores are quite high. they

could indicate a long life.

Let us look for a planet which is strong for the 8th house and weak for the

3rd house. It is the case for Moon and Saturn. So, she could have died in

Saturn or Moon subperiod.

Let us study the lord of the period. Rahu gives the results of Mars and

Mercury. None of these planets is placed in the 3rd house or rules the 3rd

house. The sandharmis do not help very much.

So, I do not understand this chart when I try to read longevity. Could

anybody tell me the points I am wrong?

Thanks a lot

Denis
