Nothing to do, except to enter the sign in which each planet is placed. No aspect to add, no " fourth " house to use. It is 100% automatic. This worksheet has been prepared by Alain Ponsot, who is one of my students. It is the French gift to the list! When I went back again to download it once more and save it, there WASN'T a link anymore! What happened? Or am I going nuts? This is possibly because my Frech leaves something to be desired. I have not spoken French for about 50 years. Could you give an indication in English or perhaps you have an Englich language site.
