Rahu represents Mars and Venus in both cases. The child with Scorpio ascendent is the healthy chart as Mars and Venus both are giving Mars - 16 points and Venus - 17 points. Mars being LOE will not do harm to lagna and Venus is strong hence the period seems to be favourable at the time of birth. The child with Libra ascendent is the child with medical issue at the time of birth. Born again in Saturn/Rahu and Rahu representing Mars and Venus. Here Guru is LOE but Mars is giving 8 points to lagna and Venus is giving 21 points. Though Venus has 4 bindus and Mars has 2, Rahu will tend to lean towards Venus but since it also represents Mars it may show medical problems. Margarita, you have also noticed a trait of a child as being attentive, and I checked for Shani in the Navamsa, Drekkhana and Trimsamsa, the child with Scorpio has Shani in 1 place in the 3 divisional chart whereas the child with Libra lagna has none. Here is what I guesses and it seemed to be right. Male child with scorpio asc. Mars is lord of the 1st in the 8th. Mars is weak there Jupiter and Sun are not better in the 8th. Mars is also the natural karaka for the 1st Mercury, lord of the 8th house, a " life " house is in the 7th (12th from the 8th) and Mercury aspects the 1st house. Saturn, lord of the 3th (8th of the 8th) is with rahu and aspects also the 1st house In sarv ashtaka varga the 8th house has very low points. The 3th house has high points and the Moon is in the 1st, male child is more focused on " himself " In navamsha lords of 6th and 8th are together and aspect Moon, lord of the 1st.
