My Venus, Mars, Lagna in 1st house; Sun, Mercury in 2nd house; Saturn is in the 4th; Jupiter & Moon in the 12th. So its perfect that you are getting the sum total of horizontal and vertical column to 48. Now do the same exercise for Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn. After plotting for all the planets then we can start to do the totals and move on to plotting the Sarvartakavarga. I look forward to your exercise. I think its better to take it one step at a time so in that way all the fundamentals are cleared both for you and me lol... Cheers !!! But I was confident I would eventually get it. I have done all of the planets now and also have a Total Ashtakavarga. I am hoping I have done this correctly. In Totaling; I took each position such as: SUN, House 1 position from every Ashtakavarga Table for each planet. and Totaled what was in the House 1 Sun position and placed that sum total in the Totals Ashtakavarga Table. And so on and so forth. I hope it is clear what I am writing here. Anyway, I have come up with the 337 total for the Totals page so I think I have done it correctly.
