Its not spoilt. Its not with 6th lord in navamsa or nak of 6th lord and venus is not getting any points from 6th lord. Sun to venus distance is not less than 3 deg or greater than 43 deg so its ok. Venus is not in krittika, moola, jayasheta or aadra or nak of Sun so ok there. Delay : Shani aspecting LOA,LOB and is LOC. Guru is in Navamsa of Shani and Shani is in navamsa of Guru but since guru is in navamsa of shani it cant stop delay. So full delay of 27.5 years. Antras after 27.5 years are Merc/Ketu : Ketu rep mars, Mars has only 6 points for 7th so no marriage in that antra. Merc/Venus. Venus has good points for ALL houses except for 12th house for which Venus is NK. Venus is aspecting 7th house. So itself cannot give marriage its Samdharmi will give marriage. This period is till 2008/03. Merc/Sun : Sun is strongest significator and is in House E. It is with Mercury i.e. 6th lord so its Samdhamri to it. Can Sun's antra should give marriage ? Krushnaji can you comment on this part regarding Suns antra. Now if Sun gives marriage then it will be in last 1/3rd portion of the Suns antra as Shani is causing Full delay i.e 2008/10 thru 2009/01. As far as Sun antra is concerned, since it is Samdharmi to 6th lord, I doubt that it will give marriage either. Perhaps somebody else can chime in this discussion. As I told you on the chat, many astrologers have predicted that this girl may not get married at all. Now looking at AV system, it looks like that there is certainly a delay in her marriage. Hoever, this girl will get married later on. I will attempt to study another area of her life. Let me take 12H for her possibility of foreign travel / residence. Functional Karaka - Venus Naturalk Karaka - Venus LOA - Venus LOB - Jupiter LOC - Moon LOD - Sun LOE - Jupiter Her strongest planet for 12H is Sun. Sun is with Mer (6L). Mercury is next. She is currently running Mer-Mer period. Mercury happens to be 6L and in 12H with Sun with high number of bindus. Mer also has high number of bindus in 1, 4, 9, and 10th. Saturn is in 4th i.e LOC so there is some delay in going abroad. However, since Mer is pretty strong significator, she is likely to go abroad in Mer antra. Mer antra is from 17-Dec-2001 through 15-May-2004. Since there is a delay due to Shani, she is likely to go abroad in the last part of the antra. The last part of Mer antra will be from August-2003. Short term travel is 3rd house. So when someone moves then 4th house should have low points and 12th house or 9th house should have high points. In this case Sun is LOE for 12th house. In Chaturamsa Sun again is in sign of Guru who is LOD for 12th house. (I do not know if we can see things this way using divisional charts - Krushnaji can you comment if this is one of the ways we can use Divisional charts). Mercury is Samdharmi to Sun who is placed in House B with high points. Yes you are right Shani is asepecting Venus, Jupiter and Moon in Navamsa and Jupiter is in Sign of Shani so it cant hold Shani back from giving full delay. Ashtakavarga can be used on all divisional charts. Do not seperate Vedic Astrology from Ashtakavarga. Thats like seperating the Upadesa Stura written by Jaimini from Parasara. Both Parasara and Varharamira have given use of Ashtakavarga. I beleive that details from BPHS on AV are missing. From an post on Krushnaji long time back.. you can check on the archives I had give links to Divisional charts use in AV where in I had gethered that post given by Krushnaji. You can use points of A+B+C i.e. first part of the worksheet only. We do not consider aspects and 4:10 relationships. Also if you search the archives on Peters chart in that Krushnaji has used divisional charts do analysis on progency of Peter. Saptamsa was used and technique demonstrated on how LOD or LOE of 12th house if in Divisional chart i.e. saptamsa in that case in the house of 6th lord of Rasi then it looses power and if it still aspects ABC house then it may not give result.... So avid use of divisional charts is done. Even from one post given by Prakash, he had used Nadis (to deleanating twins) for going deeper into this system but we still havent got any lesson on it thus far. Lets keep working with the basic system and get a firm hold on it. In time we shall get lesson for going in deeper into this system. Cheers !!!
