I am not sure if it works for every one. The reason is in my chart which i had given in a previous mail and is also below. October 20 1970; 08:45 AM ; 05:30 East of GMT No DST; 10N22; 78E49 you will get Moon 32/23 Sun 37/30 Lag 30/20 But i am in a big debt problem. Unimaginable. It is from 1999 end. and it has been 4 years now and i do not see i come out of this for another 3 years (practically speaking). So do you have answers for why is this in my case inspite of very good 11th house values.
