But in fact I think it's simple if we apply the rule about LOD and E. It doesn't become a seperate law. Mars can be 6th lord only for 2 asc : Gemini and Scorpio Taking Gemini asc and first house as B, Mars becomes lord of E, so his sight on the 1st can not harm that house. Taking Scorpio asc and first house as B, Mars is lord of E and his sight, so same rule.
