Ascendent is Virgo. NK and FK both is Venus. Venus is in Aadra. We have a law that Venus get spoint in krittika, aadra, mule and jayeshta. So this chart fits in that category. The matters worstens as for this chart with virgo ascendent Venus is spoilt who is both NK and FK. If you also obseve closely the distance between Venus and Sun. Its dot on 3.049 degrees so just just barely over the threshold. But compound with the fact that Venus is in aadra its spoilt. For timing, Shani is in House C with LOC and is aspecting Guru who is LOB and is samdharmi or in sign of Venus in Navamsa so there is full delay. Guru is not checking shanis delay. Guru is the strongst significator and it may try to give result in first 1/3rd sector in Gurus antra starting on 2004/12/21 thru 2007/03/29. So 1st 1/3rd sector will be 2004/12 thru 2005/09. Did you notice Guru also has 38 points for the 12th !! So perhaps Sun transit will be related to Jupiter ?? Did you notice that this chart has a kalasarpa yoga ? There certainly is delay.
