Planet position is in in 6-8-12th house

Hello all

if Planet is in 6/8/12th house, and its ashtakvarga value is less

than 2 in bhinna ashtakvarga, Will it be less malefic? means will

planet in du:sthana with less ashtakvarga value will be benefic?

Hi KPK and list members,

 

A very good question.

 

In this system, 8th house froma house is the Karak. It holds

karaktwa for House B. For example if you consider 7th as house for

marraige then 8th house from 7th is the Karak for marriage.

 

If you study keenly the kal purush chart you will see why Venus is

called karak for marraige. It is lord of 2nd house i.e. Taurus and

its 8th from 7th house.

Venus is also Karak for " Pleasures " or " Bed Pleasures " i.e. it holds

Karaktwa for 12th house. i.e. 8th house from 12th house is 7th house.

 

So 8th lord is very important as it is Karak.

 

Now for Take lagna as House B. Then House A or karak becomes 8th

house. 8th hosue in Kalpurush chart is Mars and FK is 8th house in

the horoscope. Now if the 8th lord is strong then it raises

the " Quantum " of House B which is lagna so such people have a very

good personality.

 

Now if you convert House B as 8th house then it will show End of

things.

 

For example in male chart 5th hosue denotes Child i.e 5th house as

B. So karak goes to 12th house. In kal purush chart 12th hosue is

Pisces so NK or putrakara becomes Guru. FK becomes 12th lord in the

chart. To study Death of Child we make 12th house as B.

 

Similarly for lagna as B, then House A becomes karak i.e. 8th house

and to see death we make House A as B so then Karak of death becomes

3rd house. So we will see that for natural death, death happens in

the Mahadasha of 3rd house or its samdharmi and with either the lord

of 1st and 5th house LoD and LoE for 8th house and/or planets in 1st

or 5th with bindus greater than 4 or planet in worksheet for 8th

house having highest points.

 

So House A rules Quantum for House B. That is the effect of 8th

house. So in vedic astrology or in Books its given that 8th house is

harmful. Now as per this system good events happen in highest

significator i.e. Row 17 in WS and death also happens in highest

points for 8th house.

 

So just do not go blindly and consider the 8th house as Bad. I think

that should answer the question for 8th house.

 

Now 12th house.

12th house from any house we consider that in Worksheet. Any planet

getting points from 12th lord from that house we deduct those

points.

 

In the previous example I gave for example Venus for Taurus lagna

with high bindus placed in 7th house will reduce marritial

happiness. Here venus plays double role as 6th lord and also 12th

from House B for marriage i.e B = 7th house.

 

12th house in the horoscope is actually house of Moksha and

pleasures. It is House E for 7th house i.e. its eager to give

marriage and bed pleasures, it also House D for 3rd house. It holds

karaktwa for 5th house so its karak for children in male chart.

 

Some time back I came across a chart where 6th lord was in 10th

position with low points i.e. < 4 bindus and 4th from it was the lord

of 5th house. So as per the theory of this system 6th lord got

points from 5th lord and became strong for all houses.

So as soon as the antra of 6th lord came he lost his job. Moral of

the story, any planet getting strength from 12th lord is apparent

strength and its points must be adjusted according.

 

Another was we consider 12th lord. Again lets take Cancer ascendent

and Venus (LoD) if its placed in 3rd house then its placed in 12th

HOUSE from its own house. What happens to such a venus. Such a

venus may not give marriage despite having high points.

identify the persons wealth, if he did job or business, marriage.

In that chart mostly all planets were in 12th from their own house or

lord of 12th was placed in the house. That chart turned out to be of

a beggar. All planets had lost strength and he was doing begging

(own business). His chart also had yogs of marriage but late

marriage so he did marry due to people having pity. That chart is in

the archives you can look that up.

 

So we consider 12th house from a house in different ways.

 

Lastly 6th lord.

6th lord in this system is considered the culprit. i.e. 6th house in

the horoscope. 6th lord always spoils the results of the house its

placed in and also the house it aspects.

Any planet getting points from 6th lord i.e. 4:10 i.e if 6th lord is

placed in 4th place from any planet with low points then by virtue of

4:10 he gives his points to planet in 10th and makes it strong. THAT

IS APPARENT strength. I had given a post again not to long ago that

we need to take off double the points to get the EXACT POWER of the

planet in 10th place. So one has to be careful with the 6th lord.

 

Even if LoD and LoE sometimse if they are samdharmi to 6th lord ie.

either by placemtn in navamsa of 6th lord or conjoined 6th lord or

placed having the same nakshtra lord as 6th lord then they become

samdharmi and they get spoilt.

 

Sun and Moon do not take on properties 6th lord.

 

Now 6th lord has been discussed in great lengths and are in the

archives.

 

2nd lord as per this system gives worries and tention. Mostly people

undergoing antra of 2nd lord or planets placed in 2nd house with high

bindus face tention and worries.

 

These are some points how 6th, 8th, 12th and 2nd house are considered.

 

Planets with low points are malefic for the house they reside it.

However if such planets have a planet in 4th from them with high

points i.e. greater than 4 bindus then they will surrender their

points and make that planet with low bindus strong for all houses.

So In my opinion other factors have to be considered.

 

Another importnat thing. This system gives power of the planet to

DELIVER THE RESULT. THE QUALITY OF THE RESULT IS DIFFERENT ISSUES

ALL TOGETHER.

 

For example Marriage and Quality of Marritial life are 2 different

things and have to be viewed and understood seperately. So if

someone asks when I will get married then planets with high points or

LoD or LoE can give marriage but quality is a different thing all

together.

Dear Ash,

I had posted my chart details to the list couple of months back.

While reading your interesting reply below regarding planets in

6th/8th/12th houses and position of lords of these houses, I had a re-

look at mine chart (Scorpio Asc.) and have the following

clarifications to seek from you and other esteemed list members :

 

i)I have Sun & Merc. in 6th house (Aries). Merc. being 8th & 11th

lord and Sun being 10th lord.

ii) I have Moon in 12th house (Moon being 9th lord).

iii) 6th lord, Mars (also Asc. lord) is in 10th house.

iv) Mars in 10th house is in 4th house from Venus, Jupi & Rahu (in

7th house)

 

So far I have not seen 'adverse' effects in Mars,Sun or Merc.

antardshas related to profession etc.. Does it have to do with

interchange of 10th and 6th/1st lords ?

 

Could you please throw some light on this ?

Dear Anurag,

Please use Krushnas Ayanamsa. Here your Sun is in 7th house and not

6th house.

 

I think in your question your focus is for Career and Profession and

Income. So here we study 6th house, 10th house, 11th house, DBCE

points, 12th v/s 11th SAV points. 10th V/s 11th points etc.

 

I think you have used different Ayanamsa so your antra dashas will

also change. So I would like you to confirm the same.

 

Cast your worksheet. From that lets start with 6th house for job.

It is also karak for 11th house.

 

Now for Job you study 6th house as B. 11th house for income (which

is LoE for 6th house. 10th house is House B for authority so 5th

house is karak for Authority.

 

So Now first focus on 6th house as B.

House A = lagna

House B = 6th house

House C = 10th house

House D = 3rd house

House E = 11th house

 

So here Mars who is LoB (Lord of House B) is situated in House C with

more points. This mars will give better results for lagna and 5th

house. So you have have gotten authority, childbirth (5th house

matters) and have have enjoyed good health during that period. For

5th house Mars is in House E for 5th and House D for Lagna.

 

Now Mars is also Samdharmi to 11th lord due to being placed in

navamsa of Mercury. Mercury is LoE for 6th house (or Lord of 11th

house). This period was between 1993/11 thru 1994/11.

 

In the worksheet Mars is getting 11 points for 6th, 13 points for

10th and 14 points for 11th. It is in House E with more points for

5th house. But it has less points for 5th house i.e 10 points in

Worksheet.

 

This leads me to beleive that during that period you may have had to

do some position or job for which you did get your salary but it

might be lesser in responsibility that meaning a position with lesser

authority. Or it may indicate a change of Job or an assignment.

Can you please clarify for this event and during the period mentioned

above.

 

Next lets study Antra of Mercury. From the Worksheet you can see

clearly that Mercury is having the highest points for 6th, 2nd

highest for 11th house (25 points) and 23 points for 10th house. Now

before u get to the WS look at positoin of Mercury and study its

status. Mercury is lord of 11th house and is placed in Karaksthan

for 11th house. So LoB is placed in House A. So its every eager to

give income. Next Mercury is LoE for 6th house as B. So again its

eager to give u a job. At the same time Mercury is having only 7

points for 5th house who holds karaktwa so its indicating a change in

job or assignment which is for better. So you might have changed

jobs during this time. This period is 2000/03 thru 2002/12. Mercury

is placed in 6th house so its going to give better results for 9th

house and lagna. So in terms of job, you are going to be very

lucky. Your enemies will not be able to overcome you during this

time. Will enjoy good health.

Again this mercury is LoE for 3rd house so you may start a new

venture or start a new project or something that needs more daring.

This mercury is agian LoD for 2nd house so good sampathy during this

period. So infact for the question of your profession Mercury might

have give much better results.

 

Now study Sun. Your sun is in 7th house with 3 bindus. Its in 10th

place from its own house. So Sun controls 10th house. Venus is also

in 10th place from 10th house.

Now check WS points for Sun. It is having 18 points for 6th house,

16 for 10th and 12 for 11th house.

This Sun is again Samdharmi to Saturn who is LoE for 11th house

however since Sun is with low points it will listen but also will

oppose. 1991/10 to 1992/07 was this suns antra. Again sun is

samdharmi by 4:10 to shani and also in Navamsa of Shani. So again

samdharmi. Shani has the highest points for 11th house. So here I

would tend to say that Sun will go for better results during the

transits of sun over sign / nakshtatras of Shani.

Dear Ash & Other list members,

Thanks for your prompt, kind and patient analysis. With your

explanation, things seem to fall in place. Let me give the following

clarifications/confirmations:

 

i) My observations posted in my previous mail were actually not based

upon the chart using Krushna's ayanansh and hence Sun's position etc.

were considered differently.

ii) During 93/3 to 94/6, I actually worked hard without getting

deserved recognization (of course, I earned my salary !).

iii)May 2000 saw a change in my assignment. Thereafter in Mercury

antardash, I have not had enough job satisfaction as such.

iv) In Aug. 2002, I made a 'daring' proposal to senior management

which actually did not materialize even though there was popular

support for it (sympathy).

I wonder what can explain the lack of support from seniors for such a

proposal!

v)During Sun's antara I was undergoing a training program in USA

(Sep. '91 till Jan.'92) and this period was professionally enriching.

 

 

One question :I checked my points in 6th,7th,10th,11th and 12th as

per a lesson mentioning possibilities of Service v/s Business.

The sequence of points is not exactly as would indicate a possibility

of smooth business. Need your expert opinion for the same. Is a

particular antardasha prove more conducive for such ventures ?

Dear Anurag,

The daring proposal that you gave probably despite having sympathy

from office workers did not fall thought probably was for the best.

Maybe if you ventured out it could have really back fired on you

later.... who knows !!!.. maybe your stars did protect you though it

may not seem like that on the surface.

 

Sun is the lord of 5th house and it has high points for 5th house can

show education. LoE for 5th house.

 

For business you check DBCE points or 3:6:10:11 points. If they are

in ascending order then the karaktwa for House A i.e. Lagna is more

graceful. So its better for business. Now again business for

selling intellect is not business like a consultancy or Doctor.

However opening a convenient store for example where u invest your

money and get returns in business.
