I think one of Astrologys greatest contributions is to understand what Astrological forces are literally causing us our obsessions... For Mars...it's causing us...to go too fast.... For Saturn...it's causing us to not be patient, enough.... For Rahu and Ketu....well.... they're obsessions, middle name... and represent obsessions of all kinds.... But.... understanding the 'malefics' in our lives.... means much more than just accepting that these are our problems... There is this area of Jyotish Remedys....which strives to get at the very heart of malefic configurations and transform them...literally....into strenghts! So....with Mars... we need to learn to get more coordinated with Mars... and our activitys.... maybe we need to go more slowly, especially if we're having accidents.... It's obvious from a life, point of view that if we're banging our limbs on the door and falling down, then Nature is trying to tell us something... We're at the stove and we burn ourselves....that's a Mars effect.... but why? Nature is again trying to help us see our actions...they're not balanced, settled enough...and we're getting our actions and this case our limbs, complicated with the fire element.... which is very Marish.... but Mars will be better served by understanding that we need to slow down... to perform actions at a more royal, regal pace.... And upon doing this....we immediately stop the accidents...and do justice to this entire Astrological situation.... So.... let's talk about obsessions and how we can bring insight and understanding and transformation to the planets that are not only causing us our griefs but are also involved in our solutions!
