I have seen astrologers do it with quite good success rate. In one case the astrologer predicted a prominent scar (since birth) on right leg and indicated if the native is of dark complexion and his approximate height too. (needless to say, but the astrologer was performing a blind chart analysis). Some astrologers indicate that they use this information as part of determining if the birth details are correct or not. But I must say I'm an absolute zero in these matters Some astrologers also can read a chart in a handpalm or in a face, so that's the other way round. I haven't focused on these matters at all so I can't help.
